If our clients were not sure about our commitment to assure it, they would not entrust us with their personal, patrimonial and financial information, we need in order to design the perfect organising and planning structure for their patrimonies. For this reason we cannot reveal their identities to third parties in order to get references on the quality of our activity.
It is then easier for us to indicate the institutional assignments received by Governments, the teaching appointments from Italian Universities, from centres for vocational training, both domestic and international, from professional associations, which permit to appreciate, even if indirectly, our authority and technical knowledge.
Andrea Vicari, founder of Studio Vicari, has been designated by the Secretariat of State for Finance of the Republic of San Marino to develop the entire new Sammarinese legislation on trusts and fiduciary agreements, and he contributed, together with Professor Lupoi, to the drafting of the new law on trusts (2010), of the new law on fiduciary agreements (2010), of the reform of the legal order for the introduction of the Court for trusts and fiduciary relationships (2013), of the law on the proceedings before the Court for trusts and fiduciary relationships (2013). Furthermore Andrea Vicari has been designated by the Secretariat of State for Industry of the Republic of San Marino to design the complete reform of company law, contributing to the drafting of the new Companies Act.
We are asked to train students and professionals by the some among the most prestigious institutes for vocational training, including il Sole 24 Ore Business School, Centro Studi Bancario Villa Negroni, Associazione Bancaria Ticinese (i.e. Villa Negroni Center for Banking Studies - Ticino Banking Association), Fondazione Università IULM (i.e. Foundation of IUL University), Fondazione Banca Centrale della Repubblica di San Marino (i.e. Foundation of the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino), the Universities of Genoa, Ferrara, Palermo, Bologna and Padua, Scuola di formazione Ipsoa Wolters Kluwer (i.e. Vocational Training School Ipsoa Wolters Kluwer) and Giuffrè Formazione (i.e. Giuffrè Vocational Training).
Andrea Vicari is often invited as speaker to symposia on trusts and fiduciary relations organised by Associations of Chartered Accountants and Auditors, by Councils of Notaries and by Bar Associations.
By virtue of his academic titles and his vast scientific production concerning trusts and fiduciary agreements, Andrea Vicari has been chosen among the six Italian members of the Academy of Estate and Trust Law, the most prestigious and selective international association which gathers the most authoritative scholars and cultured practitioners on such matter.
Andrea Vicari is moreover member of the Tax Planning Association, the International Fiscal Association, the European Society for Banking and Financial Law, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Il Trust in Italia.
